In the occasion of the art-spectacle "1. Räumung" (1. clearing) in 1997 Peter Heel developed the performance
"about the quality of art - a culinary essay to eat up".
With examples out of art-history, and using selected, exotic ingridients the artist is cooking "Tom-Yum", a thai-speciality, in front of the audience.
At the end of the performance the result can be eaten up by the audience.
